Where do you ship?
Because our cheese is extremely perishable, we only ship to the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

What days do you ship?
All of our orders ship Monday through Thursday, with some exceptions.

What is the order deadline?
Orders placed by 11:59 p.m. Pacific time will ship within three business days. We're a small team, and this helps us get you the best quality cheese possible.
Can you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we can only ship to physical US addresses.
Does UPS require a signature for delivery?
No, they do not. Please be aware that UPS will leave the package at the door, so keep an eye on your tracking information so you know when to expect your delivery. This is especially important for gift shipments — we know the element of surprise is fun, but spoiled cheese is not. So give recipients a heads up that something cheesy this way comes!
How is the cheese packaged?
All of our cheese is shipped in insulated packaging with gel ice so it arrives cool as a cucumber.
I’m sending a gift. What do I need to know?
We never include a receipt or invoice with pricing information for online orders. UPS doesn’t require a signature for deliveries, so you might want to let the recipient know that something delicious (and perishable) is on the way. Insert gift note information.
What’s your return policy?
We are unable to accept returns because, well, cheese is perishable. However, we want you to be happy (elated, even ecstatic!) with your order. If anything is less than stellar, please contact our customer service team:
